Museum of Small Town Life


The Museum of Small Town Life highlights the social life, commercial industry, and consumer goods available in late 19th century Delaware small towns. Exhibits depict a variety of small town businesses and services including a general store, print shop, pharmacy, and post office. In addition to the permanent installations, the museum is currently featuring the exhibit,
"Sealed in Glass, Stone, and Tin," which showcases a wide array of 19th-20th century Delaware-made and -used containers including medicine bottles, stoneware jars and jugs, and products from Delaware's canning industry.
